RETURN POLICY
We don't accept the custom fabrication of all Digital Signage, Self-service kiosks, and Photo booth returns.
Once an order is placed, we will process and ship it within 24 to 72 hours. Orders may be cancelled within 72 hours of placement.
Note: If you initiate an order cancellation prior to shipment—and within the cancellation window specified on our website—your order can be successfully cancelled.
Items that are non-refundable:
1. All Digital Signage and Self-service kiosks
2. 360 Photo Booth Platforms and Cases
3. Photo Booth Shells and Cases and packages
4. Any parts with custom graphics which include enclosures, custom logo prints, etc.

RETURN NOTE: Before requesting a return, please inform us of the reason in advance and retain the original packaging and all accessories; we will then follow up and guide you through the return process.
REFUNDS
If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you about your refund. Please allow 7 business days to see a refund on your payment Account.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and you will be sent a confirmation. The bank or payment processing service may take up to 3-7 business days to transfer the funds back into your account.
International shipments: Once we ship out your goods and offer you the tracking NO, but you fail to communicate with the shipping company to do Customs Clearance and receive the goods when they arrive in your country, the shipping company will destroy your package and you won't get refunded from us. And we won't take the item back or reimburse you for the cost of the item or shipping.
